PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atomic inertial sensor which can increase sensitivity.SOLUTION: An embodiment comprises: an atomic inertial sensor 202; and a MEMS gyroscope 204 and/or MEMS accelerometer 206 operatively coupled to the atomic inertial sensor 202. The atomic inertial sensor 202 and the MEMS gyroscope 204 and/or MEMS accelerometer 206 operatively communicate with each other in a closed feedback loop.
