PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an end member capable of improving adhesiveness without requiring a groove or a rough surface for a fitting part of the end member necessarily in joining between a photoreceptor drum having a base body made of aluminum or aluminum alloy and the end member made of crystalline resin by an adhesive.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing end members (12, 17) which are attached to ends of a photoreceptor drum 11 and molded from a material containing crystalline resin, the end member having a fitting part (16) fitted to the end of the photoreceptor, includes a step for subjecting at least an external surface of the fitting part to oxidation treatment.
