PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoluminescent phosphor plate which is versatile in use and easy in handling, and has high sensitivity, and an image reading device using the same.SOLUTION: An image reading device 1 includes a heating element 11 and comprises: an image providing element 12 which is formed by fixing a thermoluminescent phosphor plate 12a obtained by burning a mixture, in which a thermoluminescent (TL) element and glass are mixed so that the glass is contained at 0-120 pts.wt based on 100 pts.wt. of the TL element, at a predetermined temperature to a substrate 12b; a sample sheet mounting part 10 on which the image providing element 12 is mounted; an image detection part 20 which is installed with a predetermined distance from the sample sheet mounting part 10; and a heat insulation part 30 which is provided between the sample sheet mounting part 10 and the image detection part 20 to insulate heat of the heating element 11 so as not to transmit the heat to the image detection part. |
