PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte battery which has a high capacity and is excellent in storage performance and cycle performance under a high temperature.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, the nonaqueous electrolyte battery including a cathode 3, an anode 4 containing a titanium-containing metal oxide which occludes/releases lithium ions, and a nonaqueous electrolyte is provided. The cathode 3 contains lithium/manganese-containing oxide particles represented by LiMnMO(M is one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Ni, Co, Al, and F, and a, b, c, and Z satisfy 0≤a≤2.5, 0<b≤1, 0≤c≤1, and 2≤Z≤3) and LiMnFePO(0≤d≤2.5 and 0≤x<1) particles of an olivine structure. |
