PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a modified polyolefin having high grafting property to polyolefin of unsaturated carboxylic acid and a small amount of free unsaturated carboxylic acid.SOLUTION: A method of producing a modified polyolefin (X) includes reacting polyolefin, unsaturated (poly)carboxylic acid (anhydride) and unsaturated ethylene monomer in the presence of a radical initiator, and satisfies the following formulae (1) and (2): 0<r×r<1.0(1); 0<r<1.5 (2). |
