A charging inlet device (1) is provided with a connector housing (2), cap (20), and a packing (25). A terminal insertion hole (4) into which a mating terminal is inserted is provided in the front surface wall (3) of the housing (2). The cap (20) is movably provided between a closed position, where the cap (20) tightly adheres to the front surface wall (3) and blocks the terminal insertion hole (4), and an open position, where the cap (20) is separated from the front surface wall (3) and opens the terminal insertion hole (4). The packing (25) is positioned on the inner surface of the cap (20). A recessed section (5) not corresponding to the terminal insertion hole (4) is provided in the front surface wall (3). |
