The present invention relates to a signal conversion method of a load sensor for contact-type shape measurement and more particularly, to a signal conversion method of a load sensor for contact-type shape measurement, which is installed in a roll-shaped shape measuring apparatus, rotating by being in contact with the surface of a cold rolled steel plate, in order to measure external loads as electrical signals. The signal conversion method of a load sensor for contact-type shape measurement comprises: a signal separating step which senses the position of a load sensor according to the roll rotation of a shape measuring apparatus by measuring an absolute angle of the rotation angle using a reference signal of an absolute angle encoder installed at the end of a rotary shaft of the shape measuring apparatus; a preprocessing filtering step which removes high frequency noise in the signal; a first rectifying step which firstly rectifies the preprocessing filtered signal; a low pass filtering step which extracts direct current by performing low pass filtering on the firstly rectified signal; a second rectifying step which secondly rectifies the low pass filtered signal in order to convert into a positive signal value; an integral calculating step which conducts integral calculus for the secondly rectified signal in order to obtain a representative value on the position of the load sensor; and a load converting step which compensates for the representative value using a calibration constant predetermined at each position in order to convert into a load value. The signal conversion method of a load sensor for contact-type shape measurement can accurately convert and measure the shape of the front side of a cold rolled steel plate. |
