Provided is an information processing device including: a storage unit which contains compartment information indicating a compartment of a building, first measurement information acquired by a radio terminal existing in the compartment which measures a signal intensity of a radio signal transmitted from a surrounding base station, and a base station identifier while correlating the information to one another; a reception unit which receives from an arbitrary radio terminal, one or more second measurement information acquired by the signal intensity measurement made at the arbitrary radio terminal and one or more base station identifiers indicating base stations which have transmitted the radio signal; and a selection unit which selects compartment information correlated to the one or any one of two or more first measurement information according to the one or more first measurement information correlated to the one or more base station identifiers received by the reception unit and the one or more second measurement information received by the reception unit.
