HUMAN ANTI-B7RP1 NEUTRALIZING ANTIBODIES Abstract This invention providesantibodies that interact with or bind to human B7 related protein - 5 1(B7RP I) and antibodies that bind to and neutralize the function of B7RP1thereby. The invention also provides pharmaceutical compositions of saidantibodies and methods for neutralizing B7RP I function, and particularlyfor treating immune disorders inappropriate immune response) byadministering a pharmaceutically effective amount of anti-B7RPI antibodies.Methods of detecting the amount of B7RP I in a sample using anti-B7RPIantibodies 10are also provided.
