PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paddy field working machine that has not troublesomeness in which every time operation conditions of paddy field operation are changed, adjustment actions for changing the amount of chemical applied, etc., are needed and is user-friendly. SOLUTION: A chemical spraying device 13 provided at the rear of a traveling machine includes diffusion means 27 for diffusing and spraying a chemical that is supplied from a lower outlet of a storage hopper 24 through a feed path, a shutter member 33 slidably movable from a close state for closing the feed path to an open state for forming an opening for chemical passage, and an actuator 34 for switching the shutter member 33. The operation of the actuator 34 is controlled in a mode in which the close state and the open state are alternately changed so that the period obtained by adding the time for maintaining the close state and the time for maintaining the open state is constant and in a mode in which the ratio of the time for maintaining the open state is higher as the speed of the working machine detected by a speed detection means is increased.
