A vehicle seat for an adult and a child according to the present invention includes a seat cushion which has the top surface having the enough area where an adult can seat and on which a lifting groove is formed on the portion in contact with hips and legs of a child when a child seats; a lifting block which is a structure capable of being lifted and is joined to the inside of the lifting groove; a seat back which is erected from the rear side of the seat cushion to the upper side and which has the area and height enough to support the waist and the back of an adult and on which an insertion groove is formed on the portion in contact with the waist and the back of a child; an insertion block which is a structure capable of being moved to be taken in and out from the inside of the insertion groove and is joined to the inside of the insertion groove; and a belt clip which is formed into a hook shape where a safety belt is locked to allow an extension direction of the safety belt to be changed and which is formed on a lateral wall of the insertion groove where the insertion block is inserted.
