The present invention relates to a microbubble-nanoliposome complex enabling diagnosis and treatment specific to cancer and a method for manufacturing the same and more specifically, the microbubble-nanoliposome complex, in which a hydrophobic microbubble and a hydrophilic nanoliposome are combined by stable covalence bond, carries one or more extra hydrophobic or hydrophilic fluorescent materials as well as one or more drugs and has a targeting moiety on the outside, thereby showing an excellent target specificity. The microbubble-nanoliposome complex enables the diagnosis of cancer through multiple image analysis using cancer-specific ultrasound or fluorescence contrast and the treatment of the cancer by efficiently delivering at least one of the drugs at the same time, thereby being able to be useful for the effective diagnosis and development of medicine for cancers including breast cancer, liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, brain cancer, stomach cancer, lung cancer, esophageal cancer, colon cancer, prostate cancer, kidney cancer, and ovary cancer.
