The present invention relates to an air-conditioning and heating device and more particularly, to an air-conditioning and heating device using a hydrogen storage alloy, which comprises a compressor, an evaporator, a condenser, and an expanding valve. The evaporator and the condenser have a cross section in an oval shape, and comprise multiple hydrogen alloy chambers which are installed vertically to the cross section in the inside thereof; and a hydrogen storage tube having a hydrogen transfer path which is formed of a wire mesh between the hydrogen alloy chambers, thereby increasing thermal efficiency. |
