The present invention relates to a guide traffic light for guiding a crosswalk according to a time, comprising pillars which are respectively installed in both ends of a crosswalk; a stop signal display unit which is installed in the upper side of the pillar to display a stopped person's image for inhibiting crossing the crosswalk while displaying a background of the stopped person' image in red; a crossing signal display unit which is installed in the lower side of the stop signal display unit to display a moving person's image for allowing to cross the crosswalk while displaying the background of the moving person's image in green; a time display unit which is installed in one side surface of the stop signal display unit and the crossing signal display unit, is simultaneously operated when the crossing signal display unit is operated and has inverted triangles flashed on and off from top to bottom one by one as the time goes by; and a guide display unit which is operated along with the time display unit and displays a guiding explanation according to the crossing of the crosswalk when the inverted triangles of the time display unit is flashed on and off one by one. The present invention is able to provide the guide traffic light for guiding a crosswalk according to a time capable of providing people crossing the crosswalk with comments of instructing to run fast and inhibiting the start of the crossing before the green light is changed to the red light, thereby inducing and guiding the stable crossing.
