PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corner structure of a soundproof panel being easily mountable on a corner support column in a corner part of the soundproof panel while the panels are vertically overlapped. SOLUTION: In this corner structure of the soundproof panel, a corner panel 2 includes a corner panel body 4 for blocking a clearance between the panel members 1 arranged in the direction of their crossing, and an upper lid 5 attached to an upper end of the corner panel body 4 in the corner part of the soundproof panel. A hook 7 provided by protruding forward from the corner support column 3 erected behind the corner panel 2 is locked in a locking hole 52 formed in the upper lid 5, and a guide groove 42 for guiding the hook 7 into the locking hole 52 in the upper lid 5 is formed in the corner panel body 4 opposing to the corner support column 3.
