The present invention relates to a porous lithium composite phosphate compound which comprises lithium and open pores in primary particles. The present invention maximizes contact areas between the lithium composite phosphate compound and electrolytes according to the formation of the open pores in the primary particles, is able to charge and discharge a secondary battery at high speed when the lithium composite phosphate compound is used as an active material of the secondary battery since the diffusion rate of Li ions is remarkably increased by compensating low conductivity, is able to remarkably increase electrode density while increasing the diffusion ratio of the Li ions and is able to have stable rechargeable cycle properties.
