A method for chasing object moving path in a digital video recorder is provided to display the moving trace and time of a user decided object on the screen. An object is selected in a specific video frame of a specific channel, if an object trace mode is set on a digital video recorder. A channel information and a record time information is extracted by extracting a similar one with the selected object at other video frame. A trace of the object movement is displayed on the screen based on the extracted channel information and recording time information. |
