The present invention provides a braille watch formed on a stick for a visually handicapped person including a stick having a power unit inside; an insertion hole inserted into the upper surface of the stick in a row and a column; a braille member vertically moving according to power control of an electromagnet in order for a user to recognize a braille by being inserted into the insertion hole and protruding to be higher than the upper surface of the stick; the electromagnet fixed by being inserted into the inside of the insertion hole, having magnetism when power is supplied to the power unit, and losing the magnetism when the power is blocked; a confirming button enabling the braille member to protrude to be higher than the upper surface of the stick by supplying the power to the electromagnet a part among the electromagnets if it is pushed by being formed on one side of the stick. According to the present invention, the user can confirms a current time which a GPS receives when the confirming button is pushed. The braille member protrudes according to the current time so that the visually handicapped person can accurately confirm the current time by using a sense of touch as the current time is expressed with the braille. |
