WIRE SUPPORT TYPE MODULAR STRUCTURE

The present invention relates to a modular building which comprises a unit module and a skin system capable of being boned to the outside thereof, wherein the unit module has a column frame including: a column web; column flanges vertically connected to both ends of the column web respectively; supporting plates installed to be mutually separated inside the column flanges and supporting the column flanges; auxiliary plates positioned at the upper sides of the supporting plates, installed to be mutually separated inside the column flanges, and supporting the column flanges; and a connecting plate installed inside the auxiliary plates and supporting the auxiliary plates, and the skin system has a skin frame formed into a rectangular cylinder. The modular building according to the present invention further includes a wire of which one end is connected to the connecting plate and the other end is connected to the skin frame, wherein the wire is applied with a tensile force due to the load of the skin frame.
