The present invention comprises: a senor part having a direction sensor for direction the rotating direction; and an auto control unit comprising: a signal output part, an auto-signal control part, and a sense input part. The auto-signal control part applies signals of turning on and off the light automatically to the direction light among lights of the vehicle according to eh input signal by the speed and direction input by the sense input part. The auto-signal part also compares and determines the speed of the vehicle with the reference speed by a speed sensor; and the auto-signals part is converted into an automatic mode when there is no manual operation by the signal input part.
