The invention relates to a floor panel (3) and to a method for manufacturing same. The floor panel (3) comprises a substrate layer (6), wherein a decorative layer (7) and an overlay (8) are arranged above the substrate layer (6). The substrate layer (6) is formed on the basis of a mineral material and a binder. The mineral material consists of gypsum and/or limestone and/or dolomite in a proportion of at least 50% by volume. The binder is biologically degradable. The lateral edges (9, 10) of the floor panel (3) are profiled and provided with interlocking means (11). The decorative layer (7) can be printed onto the surface of the substrate layer (6) or can be printed as decoration onto a nonwoven layer (32) that is applied to the substrate layer (6). |
