The transfer liquid supplied from the liquid supply device to the first cylinder (25) is transferred to a transfer target body which comes into contact with the first cylinder (25). The cleaning unit (55) comes into contact with and cleans the first cylinder (25). The cleaning unit (55) is arranged downstream of a contact position (C) where the first cylinder (25) is in contact with the transfer target body in a rotational direction of the first cylinder, and upstream of a liquid receiving position (D) where the first cylinder (25) receives a liquid supplied from the liquid supply device in a rotational direction of the first cylinder (25).
