<p>A method and apparatus for transmitting and receiving a power outage report message of M2M device is disclosed. A method for reporting an abnormal power outage event in a wireless access system that supports M2M environment comprises the steps of detecting the abnormal power outage even in an M2M device of a connected state in a normal mode; and transmitting a signaling header from the M2M device to a base station, the signaling header including a power outage indicator for reporting the abnormal power outage event.</p> |
