PURPOSE: A method for forming nanopatterns and the nanopatterns are provided to form nanopatterns under the room temperature and atmospheric pressure by attaching nanoparticles on a substrate based on a weak bonding force and fusing nanoparticles on a pattern area of the substrate using laser. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming nanopatterns comprises the steps of: applying nanoparticles on a substrate using a nanoparticle dispersing solution; drying the substrata on which the nanoparticles are applied; for the dried substrate to be irradiated with laser along a predetermined pattern area; and washing the substrate. The nanoparticles are at least one selected among TiO2, SiO2, MnO2, Fe2O3, antimony tin oxide (ATO), BaSO4, BiOCl, CaCO3, Ca3 (PO4)2, Co0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4, FePO4, indium tin oxide (ITO), Li2MoO4, MoO3, WO3, Y2Eu2O3, YBa2Cu3O (7-x), yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ), and ZnO.
