PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure of a tunnel, which enables a waterproof sheet to be fixed with sufficient strength to a water passage layer, even in the case of the uneven water passage layer fixed along unevenness of temporary lining. SOLUTION: A waterproof structure of a tunnel includes a water passage layer which is provided on an inner surface of natural ground of a tunnel excavated in an arch shape or an inner surface of temporary lining and which is made of a nonwoven fabric, a woven fabric or a net, fixed to the inner surface of the natural ground or the inner surface of the temporary lining in such a manner as to cover the inner surface, and a waterproof layer which is made of a waterproof sheet fixed to the water passage layer in the state of covering the water passage layer. A plurality of hook and loop fasteners for fixing the waterproof sheet to the waterproof layer are provided in rows at intervals in the arch direction of the tunnel. The hook and loop fasteners comprise dot-like hook and loop fasteners and linear hook and loop fasteners. Preferably, in each of the hook and loop fastener rows, the hook and loop fasteners are provided at intervals so that water on the waterproof sheet can flow out to a side end of the tunnel. In addition, preferably, the dot-like hook and loop fastener rows, in which the dot-like hook and loop fasteners are disposed, and the linear hook and loop fastener rows, in which the linear hook and loop fasteners are disposed, are alternately provided in the plurality of hook and loop fastener rows.
