PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately protect a battery case against rear collision, when the battery case is provided to be extended at the rear side of a vehicle, without adding large quantity of components. SOLUTION: A vehicle body lower structure includes: a first cross member with both ends connected to right and left rear frames 14; a second cross member 26 located at the rear side of the first cross member, with both ends connected to right and left rear frames 14; right and left leg members 76 suspended from both ends of the first cross member respectively; and a third cross member 46 both ends of which are fixed to lower ends of the right and left leg members 76 and which supports the battery case 90 arranged at the lower face side of the rear floor panel.
