PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and hygienically carry out the refilling work of a bag. SOLUTION: In the refilling container having a bag (1) for the storage of contents (a), a container body (2) having an opening into which the bag is inserted, a spreading member (3) arranged in the opening and spreading the opening mouth (1e) of the bag, and an opening and closing lid (4) capable of opening and closing the opening of the container body, the spreading member has a pair of frame bodies (16 and 17), a connecting portion (18) connecting both frame bodies and capable of bending the frame bodies in the inside direction of the container body, and insertion bodies (21) extended below both frame bodies and inserted into the opening of the bag are provided.
