PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a catalytic layer coated substrate, the catalytic layer coated substrate, and a catalyst structure are provided to improve the antioxidation characteristic of a metal substrate and a catalytic layer. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a catalytic layer includes the following: a metal substrate(110) is prepared; a under layer(120) is formed at one side of the metal substrate by using an aerosol film forming method; a catalytic layer(130) made of catalytic material carrying ceramic materials is formed on the under layer. The under layer is made of ceramic materials. The ceramic materials for the under layer and the catalytic layer are identical. The under layer is made of one or more of Al_2O_3-based materials, TiO_2-based materials, zeolite-based materials, SiO_2-based materials, ZrO_2-based materials, and CeO_2-based materials. |
