PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calibration device for a heat flux meter that can calibrate a heat flux meter more precisely than before. SOLUTION: The calibration device for a heat flux meter, including a radiator 1 for radiating heat, a first heat flux sensor 2 that detects a calorific value flowing for unit time and through a unit area with the radiator 1 stacked, a first heating element 3 wherein the first heat flux sensor is stacked, a second flux sensor 4 with the first heating element 3 stacked, and a second heating element 5 with the second flux sensor 4 stacked, is provided with a control section 10 to control the supply power to the first heating element 3 and the second heating element 5 so that the heat flux value of the second heating element 5 will be constant.
