The present invention relates to a rotating wind banner for a streetlight. The wind banner includes: a polygonal substrate (10) which has a certain area; a central projection (15) which has a female screw at the center of the polygonal substrate; a combination element (20) which is combined to the central projection; a lower support rod (25) which is combined to the combination element; a rest combination element (30) which is combined to the top of the lower support rod; a lower rest (40) which is combined to the rest combination element; and a horizontal bent rod which is combined to the lower rest. A cyclone pin (26) is replaceable if damaged. By doing so, the lifespan of the equipment can be lengthened and the drying performance of the equipment can be enhanced. Accordingly, the quality of the equipment can be significantly improved.
