<p>PURPOSE: A device for checking standard of an extrusion assembly die of an extruder is provided to maintain stably operation of the extruder by preventing dies assembled to a head from wrong-assembling and to improve productivity. CONSTITUTION: A device for checking standard of an extrusion assembly die of an extruder comprises a preformer die(1), a final die(2), and a head. The head includes a holder arranged between the preformer die and the final die. A perforating unit(5) is formed to one side surface of the preformer die and the final die. A sensor deciphering unit(7) with a contact displacement sensor(6) is installed to the one side surface of the preformer die and the final die.</p> |
