A stack type ionic wind generator for cooling an object with low noises includes a first electrode plate which includes a plurality of through holes and a second electrode plate which includes a plurality of discharge electrodes which protrude by corresponding to each through hole. Ionic wind is generated between the through holes and the discharge electrodes by a voltage difference which is formed between the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate.
