The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a warm water mat and more specifically to developing a frame (1) for a single process which simultaneously carries on the following core processes of: forming a groove (51) on a mat body for reclaiming the warm water hose (97); reclaiming the warm water hose (97) on the groove; fixating the reclaimed warm water hose (97) on the mat body (53) using an adhesive member (85). Problems regarding the productivity and high costs, caused by each separated and independent production phase, can be resolved in the present invention. |
