The present invention relates to a surge protecting device and more specifically, a surge protecting device connected to a circuit breaker installed in a panel board. The surge protecting device includes a first case; a second case assembled to the first case to be able to be separated; a substrate which is located in the inside in which the first case and the second case are assembled and has a circuit; and one or more booth bars which is connected to a socket of the circuit breaker to be able to be detached, protrudes to the outside of the case, and is electrically connected with the circuit by being installed on the substrate. The booth bar can receive a surge current from the socket of the circuit breaker. Therefore, the surge protecting device can be and detachably and directly connected to the circuit breaker in the panel board.
