The present invention relates to a perlite coating solution, a manufacturing method of a perlite sheet coated with the perlite coating solution, and a perlite sheet manufactured by the same method, and, in particular, to a perlite coating solution manufactured by dispersing perlite having closed cells in a binder solution in which an water-based binder is dispersed, a perlite sheet coated with the perlite coating solution, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, a perlite coating solution with an excellent stability capable of being coated on thin cloth or fibers is able to be manufactured by dispersing perlite on a binder solution in which a water-based binder is dispersed in an aqueous medium. Also, the heat insulation is secured by using perlite having closed cells, which eliminates cell blocking phenomena generated in the conventional inorganic insulators with open cells. The present invention is able to provide a manufacturing method of a perlite sheet with less bulkiness, and an economic heat insulating material by using perlite of the cost less than one tenth compared to aerogel. |
