PURPOSE: An orifice member and a device for manufacturing the foamed body including the same are provided to detachably install on a die main body, easily control the cell size of a foamed body and cell density by easy replacement, and save the cost and time for manufacturing. CONSTITUTION: An orifice member comprises a body(31), a penetration hole(32), and a molten polymer. The penetration hole penetrates through the body. The cross sectional area of the entrance and exit of the penetration hole is smaller than the cross sectional area of a central part. The molten polymer is detachably connected to a die main body and is foamed while moving through the penetration hole to manufacture a foamed body by extruding. |
