The present invention relates to an iron oxide-chitosan oligosaccharide core-shell nanoparticle, a preparing method of the same, a hyperthermic composition for treating cancer which comprises the same, and a method for hyperthermic cancer treatment. More specifically, the present invention relates to: a core consisted of a plurality of iron oxide nano cubes; an iron oxide-chitosan oligosaccharide core-shell nanoparticle which is composed of chitosan oligosaccharide-dopa and includes a shell covering the core; a preparing method of the same; a hyperthermic composition comprising the same for treating cancer; and a method for hyperthermic cancer treatment using the same.
