The present invention relates to a molding apparatus for a high strength light weight beam after embossing and a manufacturing method of the same which comprises: a coil (110) provided in a forming work to form an upper wing (11, 21) and a lower wing (17, 27); an inclined plane for reinforcing upper and lower parts (13, 23, 15, 25) which is inclined to the inner tips of the upper wing (11, 21) and the lower wing (17, 27); and A- and B-type beams (10, 20) forming a vertical reinforcing plane (14, 24) which vertically connects the tips of the inclined plane for reinforcing upper and lower parts (13, 23, 15, 25). The A- and B-type beams are used for embossing the inclined plane for reinforcing upper and lower parts (13, 23, 15, 25) and the vertical reinforcing plane (14, 24), within a predetermined space, to form an embossing furring bamboo (18, 28). A spot welding portion (30) is welded to a part where the A- and B-type beams (10, 20) and the embossing furring bamboo (18, 28) meet. The A- and B-type beams (10, 20) are thereby combined in an all-in-one style. |
