The present invention relates to a haemaphysalis longicorni repellent composition containing a supercritical cypress extract and more specifically, to a haemaphysalis longicorni repellent composition containing a cypress leave extract extracted by supercritical fluid and a compound comprising the same. The haemaphysalis longicorni repellent composition according to the present invention is harmless to a human body and environment and prevents severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome (SFTS) without vaccine or anti-virus by improving a haemaphysalis longicorni repellent effect.
