<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter circuit capable of changing into one chip, suppressing malfunction due to the temperature rising, reducing a current flowing through a semiconductor power element, and suppressing increase of a chip size. <P>SOLUTION: In a power supply line 8 of a converter power supply circuit part 2, for example in a high side of a power MOSFET 220 in a IPD 20, a current restriction resistor 240 is provided. Heating in the power MOSFET 220 can be suppressed, because the current value of a current flowing through the power supply line 8 can be restricted by the current restriction resistor 240. Therefore it is possible to prevent an element in the inverter circuit 1 from exceeding a rated temperature, so the occurrence of malfunction can be suppressed. Thereby the reliability of the inverter circuit 1 can be improved.
