PURPOSE: A sensing information processing apparatus and method in a ubiquitous sensor network are provided to effectively process sensing information, which is collected by sensors in a ubiquitous sensor network, in order to make a device perform an appropriate operation in accordance with an environment. CONSTITUTION: A collection part (110) receives at least one sensing value from each of multiple sensors. A determination part (130) analyzes the received sensing values. The determination part determines an operation to be performed according to management conditions. A control part (150) generates and sends control instructions to a device performing the operation. The determination part includes an analysis module, a management condition storing module, and a log management module. The log management module generates a control signal to make the device perform a corresponding operation if the sensing values are abnormal.
