The present invention relates to an operation controller of a turbo blower capable of simplifying the surge or overload-detecting method to simplify control and providing a user convenience for an unskilled worker to conduct related works. The operation controller of a turbo blower comprises a pressure-sensing part detecting the pressure difference of the turbo blower by comparing the outer pressure and the inner pressure of the turbo blower; an air volume-obtaining part transforming the pressure difference of the turbo blower into the air volume of the turbo blower; a detecting condition setting part obtaining and saving the detecting condition and overload input by a user; an air volume-controlling part controlling the air volume based on the circulated air volume, sensing the generation of surge or overload by analyzing the circulated air volume according to the detecting condition of surge and overload and immediately stopping the operation of the turbo blower; and an air volume-adjusting part determining the air volume of the turbo blower by operation controlling the motor of the turbo blower under the control of the air volume-controlling part or determining the whether or not the turbo blower operates.
