<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid frequent data reconstruction when movement of records between tables grouped according to k-anonymity occurs frequently by defining its flow rates, and expanding up to (k + n)-anonymity at which the flow rates are in a certain state of equilibrium. <P>SOLUTION: A k-anonymization process is performed on original data. The movement of data between groups obtained through the k-anonymization process is measured as flow rates.
