<p>The present invention discloses a method, system, network side device, and UE of managing CSG membership. The method includes: detecting, by a network side, a change of CSG membership of a UE when the UE camps on a CSG cell and establishes a default bearer; and when detecting the change of the CSG membership of the UE, triggering, by the network, a Detach procedure between the network side and the UE by using an existing path between the network side and the UE, and indicating state information about the CSG membership of the UE, where the state information is used to instruct the UE to perform an operation with respect to the change of the CSG membership according to the state information. According to the embodiments of the present invention, after the UE accesses a CSG cell in emergency access mode and the CSG membership of the UE changes, the network side can manage the CSG membership of the UE by triggering a Detach procedure, ensuring that the UE can access the CSG cell again and manage the local ACL.</p> |
