The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of indium zinc tin oxide (IZTO) powder having a micro particle size, and more specifically a method to yield a large amount of non-cohesive nano IZTO by adding organic additives in a reaction solution so as to produce micro-sized IZTO power, spraying into droplets using a spray pyrolysis technique, producing a hollow or a porous form of precursor powder, and by a frit sealing and a milling process. |
