<p>A pastry-making machine for bakeries, comprising a roller unit and drive mounted in a frame, and preced in the flow direction by two mutually perpendicular preliminary-kneading conveyors, the second of which ascends towards the roller unit, has the first conveyor mounted inside the frame of the machine and the second conveyor passing beneath the first. The compact arrangement of the conveyors, which pref. overlap at their crossing point with an underslung transference cloth from one conveyor to the other, makes the unit esp. suitable for small bakeries where hand pastry-making has hitherto been used.</p> |
