The present invention relates to a valve shutter and more specifically, a valve shutter capable of allowing a user to recognize lock and unlock of a gas valve at a remote distance by sensing the lock and the unlock of the gas valve and sending the sensed signal. The valve shutter comprises a handle (4) on the upper part and a case body (1) in the lower part of the handle (4). A rotary shaft (26) is rotated by a gear wheel (25) vibrated by a spring (24) in the case body (1) so that the valve shutter can lock the gas valve of a pressure gas tank (10).
