The present invention relates to a concrete bleeding measurement device, measuring the amount of bleeding occurring after concrete placement, comprising: a container for porous material such as concrete; a floating probe to float on bleeding water from the surface of concrete disposed on the surface of concrete; an anchored probe to be settled on the surface of concrete by own weight under the bleeding water disposed on the upside of floating probe; a first displacement measurement sensor to measure the distance to the floating probe by detecting the vertical displacement of the floating probe disposed on the upside of the anchored probe; a second displacement measurement sensor to measure the distance to the surface of concrete by detecting the vertical displacement of the anchored probe.
