Provided is a display device including a display panel. A semiconductor thin film is formed on the front side of a glass substrate on the display panel. A thin film for shielding electromagnetic waves is formed on the rear side of the glass substrate. The thin film is composed of transparent conductive oxide selected from a group of ZnO, SnO2, In2O3, CdO, Ca2O3 and a compound thereof. |
