Device for examining eyes

The eye examining instrument has a projection device e.g. laser projector (20) and a concave screen (10) assembled on a housing (40). A convex reflector which reflects an image projected by the laser projector onto the convex reflector to the concave screen. The convex reflector has a shape of an outer side of a spherical cup section. The laser projector has a projection axis which includes an angle of between 70-110 [deg] C with the spherical cup height of the screen. A patient or subject positions his head within the opening of an annular disk cover (11). An independent claim is also included for an imaging method.
